About the role
- End-to-end development of IoT and communication applications — from concept to deployment
- Backend development with Go
- Building robust, high-performance services using the Chi framework
- Frontend development with HTMX and Templ
- Creating interactive user interfaces
- Database modeling, querying and optimization with PostgreSQL
- Ensuring code quality through reviews, unit and integration tests, and best practices
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Contributing to architectural decisions and technology selection
- Troubleshooting, bug fixes and performance tuning
- Close collaboration with the product owner and other developers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of Go, HTMX and Templ or comparable Go template engines
- Solid database skills (PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD (GitLab preferred)
- Understanding of software architectures (microservices or structured monoliths)
- Solution-oriented working style, team player, strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
