About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update the organizational chart, roles and hierarchies.
- Update structural nomenclatures in the current Payroll system (sections) and request Cost Center updates from Strategic Planning.
- Monitor, update and maintain structural nomenclatures in the current People & Results (PR) platforms.
- Create section structures in the Payroll system and in current platforms when a new CNPJ (legal entity) is opened, and notify the Branch, Payroll Processes, SMT (Occupational Safety and Health), Benefits, and e-Social teams.
- Change section addresses in the Payroll system and current platforms and inform Payroll Processes, SMT and e-Social.
- Transfer employees from a closing CNPJ to an active one and deactivate sections in the Payroll system and current platforms, notifying Payroll Processes, SMT and e-Social.
- Provide the MF schedule to branches and, after receiving it, analyze the criteria, highlight labor law risks, and make functional data changes in the current Payroll system.
- Inform functional changes to Payroll Processes (Electronic Timekeeping), Benefits, Strategic Planning, Talent Development and SMT.
- Work with Assistant III to develop and follow up on solutions to correct errors and propose systemic improvements to automate processes, reduce manual actions and mitigate operational risks and errors.
- Apply salary adjustments to pay scales according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and verify the minimum wage in the current Payroll system.
- Verify and correct the application of adjustments to salaries and benefits on the payroll.
- Review and, based on pre-established criteria, approve the job requisition submitted by the leader in the current Recruitment & Selection (R&S) platform so the Talent Attraction team can start the hiring process.
- Confirm that functional data are correct in the current Payroll system and verify that the job requisition was properly closed with the candidate hired.
- Communicate PPR ADM and COM targets to employees.
- Request target fulfillment and the number of salaries to be paid by directorate/management/coordinator to the Analytics team and request absence reports from SMT.
- Build an employee database together with the Strategic Planning directorate, calculate and validate with the leader the amount owed to each active or terminated employee, and send it to the Payroll Processes team for payment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed – Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Psychology.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Experience with Compensation processes or Personnel Administration.
- Will be a differential (nice to have):
- Experience with TOTVS system (RM/Payroll).
- Knowledge of job and salary methodologies (Mercer, Hay or Wisdom).
- Experience with salary surveys.
- Knowledge of job structures and salary tables.
