About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and handle fraud alerts across multiple channels and systems;
Investigate cases, map modus operandi, and prepare comprehensive reports;
Collaborate with Legal, Audit, IT, Customer Service, and operational teams;
Test and validate systems with a focus on fraud prevention and anti-fraud security;
Monitor metrics and present insights based on KPIs and dashboards;
Support regulatory compliance efforts and contribute to incident response;
Contribute to training and internal awareness campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics, Law, Engineering or related fields;
Intermediate or higher experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or investigations;
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools;
Experience with data analysis and document examination (document forensics);
Strong analytical and investigative skills, with strong attention to detail.
