About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and redesign the company’s organizational structures;
  • Determine optimal staffing levels for directorates and seniority levels to ensure effective performance, and conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure compliance;
  • Ensure compliance with job and salary practices to maintain internal equity (job hierarchies) and external competitiveness (market), supported by clear policies and administrative criteria;
  • Create new job descriptions and review existing ones;
  • Score new positions or re-score existing roles when responsibilities change, according to the current methodology;
  • Conduct salary and benefits surveys, analyze market trends, and compare company practices against the market;
  • Perform studies and evaluate simulations of salary changes and their impact on personnel costs;
  • Conduct market salary research to meet specific needs of various company areas;
  • Analyze salary survey results to identify deviations and opportunities for adjustments;
  • Analyze the company's and legal criteria for personnel movements and update employee records in the current payroll system;
  • Calculate and reconcile PPR (Profit-Sharing/Results Participation);
  • Build compensation metrics and dashboards (number of promotions, out-of-range cases, team analyses, etc.) to support leadership decision-making;
  • Create and update organizational charts and macro-process maps;
  • Monitor closings of personnel movements, branch productivity, and functional hierarchies that impact commission payments, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required – Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Education (Pedagogy), or Psychology;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with the TOTVS payroll system is desirable;
  • Understanding of organizational structure;
  • Familiarity with job and salary systems (Hay, Mercer, or Wisdom).
