About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure that published content is up to date, validating with the requesting Supervisors.
  • Process: Job Posting
  • Align the job profile with the vacancy requester, based on the requisition already approved by the Compensation Management team.
  • Process: Recruitment
  • Screen resumes according to the job profile.
  • Process: Selection
  • Conduct interviews with the candidate and the hiring leader.
  • Prepare assessments for finalists and send them to the hiring leader for decision-making.
  • Provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
  • Build talent attraction metrics, monitor the effectiveness of candidate attraction on the recruitment platform and, if necessary, report to and/or advise the responsible parties.
  • Process: Third-party/Temporary Hiring
  • Determine, when necessary, which external consultancy/agency will be used.
  • Align the job profile with the hiring leader and the consultancy.
  • Interview the selected candidate together with the hiring leader and the consultancy, and issue the final assessment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Pedagogy.
  • Nice to have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Course in Human Behavior Analysis
