About the role

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of high-impact strategies for organizational sustainability;
  • Integrate ESG practices into the company’s strategic and operational processes;
  • Conduct complex analyses and propose structural changes to achieve positive organizational impact;
  • Prepare detailed reports and implement continuous improvement actions for impact indicators;
  • Plan and manage data collection and execution of greenhouse gas inventories, monitoring environmental data, metrics, and progress delivered by the implementation team;
  • Monitor environmental practices and indicators related to energy, waste, water, vehicle fleet, business travel, among others; ensuring continuous improvement and advanced data analysis;
  • Participate in the design and monitoring of emission reduction and carbon offset projects;
  • Plan and manage data collection, execution, and multi-stakeholder engagement for sustainability reports following GRI standards, monitoring ESG data, highlighting initiatives, areas for improvement, transparency, and strategies to foster a sustainability culture;
  • Monitor and interpret sustainability and ESG trends, proposing innovative solutions that engage stakeholders;
  • Support and lead integrated actions across corporate areas and operational units;
  • Design and facilitate learning experiences for employees, including leadership, on sustainability topics;
  • Represent the organization at sustainability forums and events when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as education, communications, social work, environmental studies, business administration, economics, law, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of AI and advanced data analysis tools, including Power BI and statistical methodologies;
  • Proven experience preparing sustainability reports, greenhouse gas inventories, and impact assessments such as BIA and Ethos Indicators;
  • Prior experience with sustainability frameworks, methodologies, and regulations applicable to the financial sector.
