About the role

  • Process: Platform Maintenance and Administration
  • Ensure that the content published is up to date, validating with the requesting Supervisors.
  • Process: Job Posting
  • Align the job profile with the requesting Supervisor, based on the vacancy request already approved by the Compensation Management team.
  • Process: Recruitment
  • Screen résumés for Employee/Specialist/Supervisor levels according to the job profile.
  • Process: Selection
  • Conduct interviews with candidates at the Employee/Specialist/Supervisor levels and the hiring leader.
  • Prepare evaluations of the finalists and send them to the hiring leader for decision-making.
  • Conduct recruitment & selection committee meetings for positions defined in the hiring policy.
  • Provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
  • Process: Performance Indicators
  • Build Talent Attraction indicators for Employees/Specialists and Supervisors, leader and candidate satisfaction surveys, monitor the efficiency of candidate attraction on the recruitment platform and, if necessary, report to and/or advise leaders and Business Partners.
  • Process: Third-Party/Temporary Hiring
  • Define, when necessary, which external consultancy will be used for Employee/Specialist/Supervisor levels and credential it.
  • Align the job profile with the hiring leader and consultancy based on the vacancy request already approved by the Compensation Management team.
  • Interview the selected candidate together with the hiring leader and consultancy, and produce an evaluation of the finalist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Pedagogy
  • Up to 3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Course in Human Behavior Analysis
