About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will have the opportunity to run and improve our customer support processes by identifying key bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- You will work closely with our Customer Success and Customer Support Lead.
- You assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and account questions.
- You escalate complex issues to relevant teams (Product, Engineering, Sales).
- You capture and document recurring issues and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- You continuously improve and update our Help Center and FAQ articles.
- You analyze support tickets to detect patterns and root causes.
- You identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation, AI or smart systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- You bring experience in a client-facing role and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders.
- You have hands-on experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable improvement recommendations.
- You actively leverage AI tools and smart systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and the quality and speed of your work.
- You are based in Munich and able to work from the office at least two days per week.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
