About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assignments will develop the interns both technically and professionally
- Each intern will be responsible for completing one or more projects during the summer
- Past projects have included developing improved forecasting techniques for unconventional reservoirs, artificial lift optimization, facility design modifications to improve air quality, drill bit design/selection, sand production mitigation, and infrastructure benchmarking
- Intern will work within established engineering and/or operations teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or foreign equivalent
- Current level in college: Sophomore through Senior or Graduate Student
- Expected graduation date: Fall 2027 through Spring/Fall 2029
- Available for internship start mid-late May 2027
- A minimum of ten (10) continuous weeks availability for internship
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Previous internships or co-ops in an energy related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
