About the role

- Build meaningful relationships through professional, social, volunteer and team activities
- Responsibilities may include:
- HR Business Partner role supporting various lines of businesses
- Talent Management (recruiting, talent development or learning)

- Additional projects spanning different HR functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations, other related field, or foreign equivalent
- Current level in college: Senior or Graduate Student
- Expected graduation date: Fall 2027 through Spring/Fall 2028
- Available for internship start mid-late May 2027
- A minimum of ten (10) continuous weeks’ availability for internship
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right
- Takes an active role in acquiring, developing and retaining a high-performing, highly engaged team
- Understands how key financial and quantitative indicators impact the business
