About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and perform all facets of the audits for existing clients
Perform extensive excel analysis as part of audit execution
Manage audit KPIs including deadlines and budgets
Interact with cross functional teams at clients/licensees
Prepare and review all client deliverables
Demonstrate solid understanding of client businesses, technologies and risks
Supervise, coach and mentor all levels of staff
Recruit, develop and mentor a talented team of professionals
Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients
Identify opportunities for new services and methodologies
Participate in sales pursuits for royalty and license compliance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Accountancy or related field
6+ years in Professional Services
Preferred third party audit experience, including contractual review
Strong references from existing employer/clients
Strong background in auditing techniques and/or data analysis
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Proven ability to influence and resolve issues with senior leaders
Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to adapt to different licensee conditions and cultural differences
English fluency both verbal and written is required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
50% domestic and international travel required
