About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Field marketing for priority markets, solutions, and industries
  • Build annual plans with the CMO, Partners, and Business Development for high-priority markets, aligned to growth targets
  • Coach and grow the marketing leaders for other key markets

  • Drive the work that fills the room with the right buyers and execute key events flawlessly
  • Design hard-hitting digital campaigns
  • Plan high-efficiency spend, track it, and partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years formally leading people required
  • 5+ years of event marketing experience required, including personal responsibility for large signature events
  • General Salesforce skills and specific lead processing experience required
  • Consulting, technology, or professional services experience preferred
  • A business education is preferred, though deep experience can substitute for it
  • Sharp attention to detail is mandatory
  • A Multiplier-style leader who makes the whole team smarter (Multipliers)
