About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and lead Connor Group systems & NetSuite related projects
Ensure projects’ accomplishment of desired scope, timeline and quality
Project manage NetSuite projects across all phases
Demonstrate functional knowledge of NetSuite and analyze effectiveness of business operations
Drive process improvement initiatives with clients
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members
Participate in client business development activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or the equivalent
5+ years of ERP and system implementations experience
NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience
3+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform
Strong knowledge of financial processes such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report
Very strong project management capabilities and experience
Excellent interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and accountable
