About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support cross-functional teams with high attention to detail
Research, analyze, and document findings
Coach and review the work of other team members when needed
Build, document, analyze, and communicate corporate metrics, KPIs, and reports to organizational leaders
Develop and maintain data models and reports for cross-functional data analysis
Define and build metrics for executive and operational reporting and insights
Analyze business-unit data and align findings with corporate goals
Define and recommend changes to the reporting environment based on business needs
Perform root-cause analysis to address data discrepancies
Present insights to business leaders using corporate data and reports
Follow development testing and deployment standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
Advanced knowledge of the applicable work area
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes according to business requirements
Ability to analyze business needs and formulate solutions aligned with organizational objectives
Strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of SQL
Strong knowledge of reporting design tools such as the Microsoft BI stack and Power BI
Preferred: knowledge of DBT
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
4+ years of relevant experience
