About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on AI-powered features and workflow automation
Gather and translate customer, market, and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms/tools to improve operational workflows and product capabilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with AI-driven innovation goals
Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions
Monitor product performance, adoption, and user experience, leveraging AI insights where applicable
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows through AI and automation
Represent the product with partners and stakeholders, articulating AI strategy and value

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management or related experience
Required: Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, tools, or solutions, particularly in driving workflow improvements or automation
Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working closely with software development and data teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong partner- and outcome-focused mindset.
