About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with leaders, including executives, on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices across U.S. and international teams
Handle employee relations matters (terminations, investigations, reductions, difficult conversations)
Manage HRIS data, reporting, and compliance requirements
Support and improve HR programs, training, and key initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of HR experience (HRBP or Generalist; HRBP preferred)
International HR experience supporting teams outside the U.S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC)
Experience partnering with executive leaders and supporting larger organizations
Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of employment law
HRIS experience required (Workday preferred)
Ability to operate independently and serve as a primary HR point of contact
People-focused, relationship-driven approach
