About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generates, tracks, and communicates estimation activities to internal teams for new and existing customer requests.
  • Handles, routes, and/or responds to follow-up queries about proposed estimates.
  • Collaborates with CRx’s pricing team to ensure all details to produce an approved estimation have been received.
  • Calendar management for meetings in support of the estimation process.
  • Maintain documents and files appropriately supporting the proposed estimates.
  • Reports development required by CRx Management Team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, accounting, or a relevant degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a professional environment preferred.
  • Comfortable using computer business applications, including MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel and Outlook, Salesforce.com, and Jira.
  • Understanding of a customer service environment.
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and efficiently with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet targets.
  • Self-motivated with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze information and situations to anticipate problems.
  • Capability to escalate as appropriate.
