About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure team provides extraordinary patient concierge health care services by meeting agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs
- Identify process improvements utilizing customer and employee feedback
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Monitor workloads and manage attendance
- Engage with internal teams to resolve escalations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in business, marketing, or related discipline
- Two years in a healthcare setting, including claims processing or high-volume call center experience
- Minimum one year of relevant supervisory experience
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
