Key responsibilities & impact

Build and evolve AI automations and agent-based workflows
Design scalable agent architecture and orchestration patterns
Suggest and implement AI-driven automation enhancements
Act as an internal AI advocate by providing training and mentorship
Partner with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
Participate in the full AI SDLC, including design sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years’ experience working with AI technologies; 10+ years relevant IT experience
Experience building AI automations or agentic applications
Proficiency in Python and/or similar languages
Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS
Workflow automation/orchestration skills
Strong systems integration skills (REST/GraphQL APIs)
Operational excellence for automation
Experience with relational and document databases
Clear communicator and collaborator
Experience with frontend frameworks such as Next.js or React
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
