About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, design, and present complex Digital Workspace solutions integrating hardware, software, cloud services, security, and professional services
Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architecture teams to develop technical strategies driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workshops, and technical assessments
Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and modern solution architectures
Develop proposals, statements of work, solution designs, technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, and responses to RFPs
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Microsoft, cloud, security, collaboration, and endpoint management solutions
Create and maintain customer-facing demonstrations, lab environments, and technical enablement resources
Help develop new service offerings, solution packages, and go-to-market initiatives
Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment projects
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend new service offerings
Maintain advanced technical certifications and continuously expand expertise across Microsoft, cloud, security, and Digital Workspace technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Presales roles
Proven success designing, selling, and delivering enterprise Microsoft and cloud solutions
Strong customer-facing experience with executive presentations, solution workshops, and consultative selling engagements
Deep understanding of modern workplace solutions including client virtualization, security, identity, data, AI, and cloud services
Experience developing technical strategies that support revenue growth, customer success, and long-term technology roadmaps
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes
Expertise with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI solutions
Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust Security
Expertise with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
Expertise with Microsoft Security Solutions including Defender, Purview, and Compliance technologies
Experience aligned with MS-102, MD-102, SC-100, SC-300, SC-401, PL-900, AB-100, and AB-620 technologies and best practices
Additional Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Omnissa, Jamf, Apple, or security certifications are highly desirable
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
