About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and deliver large-scale, complex IT service delivery projects
Develop and manage project artifacts including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk plans
Manage internal teams and third-party vendors to meet project objectives
Proactively control scope, budget, and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks and issues
Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact
Facilitate meetings, agendas, and documentation of minutes
Support pre-sales activities including scoping and solution development
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Engineering teams
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO process improvements
Manage both CAPEX and OPEX-driven projects
Perform additional duties or special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
10+ years of project management experience (12+ years preferred for full proficiency)
Experience managing IT professional services projects and third-party vendors
Healthcare project management experience is highly preferred
Strong experience supporting large, distributed field deployment projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) – REQUIRED
