About the role

  • Oshi Health is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Patient Marketing team and support the creation of on-brand, high-quality marketing assets across multiple channels.
  • You’ll primarily design digital and print assets to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with content writers, product designers, commercial leads, and other cross-functional partners to execute production design work that supports growth initiatives.
  • Manage requests end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-brand execution.
  • Adapt and resize existing designs to meet channel-specific requirements while maintaining brand integrity.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of professional design experience (freelance experience welcome)
  • Strong foundational design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, and spacing
  • Proficiency in Figma, including working with components and shared libraries
  • Ability to execute landing page updates in a CMS such as WordPress, working within existing templates and layouts
  • Familiarity with email and web design best practices
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Basic understanding of accessibility principles (contrast, readability, hierarchy)
  • Ability to work efficiently within established brand systems and templates
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong file organization habits
  • Comfort managing multiple production tasks simultaneously.
