About the role
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships with top consulting firms and navigation platforms.
- Shape go-to-market strategy through partnerships, drive revenue, and manage relationships with key partners.
- Increase awareness and engagement within consulting firms & benefits navigation companies.
- Collaborate with employer team to drive significant revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing high-value partnerships.
- Deep understanding of healthcare sales dynamics, particularly in the digital health and telehealth sectors.
- Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Existing deep network with consultants and other stakeholders nationally
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at the executive level.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for patients.
