About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the monthly patient screening process, including data preparation, review, and distribution of results.
  • Create and maintain research-related Cases within Salesforce.
  • Conduct prospect research to support fundraising strategies.
  • Manage incoming data requests and constituent record updates.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports for fundraising and operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Associate’s Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of one-year previous administrative experience, including data entry and report creation.
  • CRM systems knowledge, preferably Salesforce.
  • Understanding of fundraising operations, donor databases, prospect research, and gift administration practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
