Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as senior financial leader and strategic partner for the CEO and executive leadership team.
Oversee financial functions including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Drive financial performance and align strategies with operational priorities.
Monitor changes in healthcare landscape and assess financial risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with leaders to inform decision-making and support organizational planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including senior-level roles
Experience leading core finance functions (FP&A, reporting, revenue cycle)
Proven executive partnership and enterprise decision support
Hospital finance experience, including reimbursement and regulatory knowledge
Strong understanding of Medicaid and other government payors
Strongly prefer experience in academic research accounting and reporting
MBA, MHA or Masters in related field preferred
CPA preferred
CFO or divisional finance leadership in a complex healthcare system
Experience driving growth, margin improvement, or transformation initiatives
Board and finance committee engagement experience
Familiarity with value-based care and pediatric healthcare environments
