About the role
- Provide high-level support and analytics for compensation tools and processes.
- Support complex project work and process improvement.
- Maintain high levels of customer service standards and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate jobs for appropriate range, level, and FLSA status.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for offer amounts.
- Guide HR partners on job descriptions and FLSA compliance.
- Recommend pay rates for promotions and transfers.
- Conduct full market reviews utilizing current data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources and Compensation.
- Compensation experience in Healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
- Skill in analyzing and evaluating job content and writing accurate job descriptions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional research, analytical, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and administer complex administrative systems and processes.
- Advanced knowledge of FLSA regulations, and related state and federal laws.
- Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and database skills.
