Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in tech sourcing or recruiting
- Hands-on experience working with startups or fast-paced tech environments
- Experience hiring for technical roles such as AI/ML, Engineering, or Data
- Strong sourcing skills
- Active use of AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency or workflows
- Fluent English
