About the role
- Support colleagues in the Key Account area in all matters
- Maintain and review customer reporting
- Prepare digital work orders and monitor their return/completion
- Proactive communication and coordination with central specialist departments
- Initiate and monitor the implementation of operational processes in the branches
- Liaise with headquarters, individual stores, and branches
- Support invoicing, including processing and checking incoming invoices as well as monitoring and managing dunning procedures
- Special commercial/administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Professional experience in order processing and invoicing
- Ideally basic knowledge of ERP systems; at minimum very good MS Office skills
- Team player; structured, able to prioritize and work accurately
- German language skills (written and spoken) at least C1 level
