Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams, to develop a clear product vision and strategy.
Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and product vision.
Lead and coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams to understand and address upstream and downstream impacts to ensure successful product development and deployment.
Establish and track key product metrics, using data insights to drive decision-making and refine product strategies.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders and proactively challenge and refine ideas to inform product direction and strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Colorado resident
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
5-7 years of experience in product management or related field required
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Pendo)
Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)
Experience building or working with AI prototyping tools like v0.dev, Bolt, Cursor, or Replit.
Comfortable working from ambiguity to clarity—able to lead problem-first, not feature-first
Deep understanding of customer pain points with an ability to craft compelling value propositions.
Knowledge of health insurance industry preferred.
