Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff performance to maintain high standards of patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate staffing schedules, manage resource allocation, and oversee daily clinical operations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care plans and resolve clinical issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate clinical operations effectively.
