Requirements
- Several years of recruiting experience in management consulting
- Strong expertise in active sourcing (LinkedIn); ideally experience with Zoho Recruit
- Enjoy conducting interviews and assessment diagnostics
- Highly independent and structured working style
- Fluent German and very good English
