About the role
- You take responsibility for complex HR projects: from strategy to implementation (e.g., HR Analytics, HR products, HR organization)
- You lead transformation projects with multiple workstreams and act as a sparring partner at C-level
- You advise clients across industries on HR transformations and organizational design
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a consultant in advisory (top-tier firm or boutique) with a focus on HR, organizational development, or HR transformations
- Experience in a corporate environment (desirable but not required)
- Strong conceptual skills and a hands-on mentality
- Confidence and presence at all levels — up to board level
- Fluent German (C1), business-fluent English, and a university degree (BA/MA)
