About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the marketing technology roadmap to support global campaigns, personalization, and lead management across digital channels.
- Oversee the management and integration of web, marketing automation, customer data, and content management platforms.
- Lead analytics strategy to measure performance, improve attribution, and drive actionable insights that optimize marketing ROI.
- Partner with marketing, IT, data, and sales teams to ensure technology aligns with business objectives and enhances customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to scale content delivery, optimize workflows, and enhance audience targeting.
- Ensure adherence to global data privacy and consent regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy).
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure value delivery and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing technologists, analysts, and platform administrators to build best-in-class capabilities.
- Oversee technology budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and data integration across CRM, automation, analytics, and content platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience aligned to marketing operations, marketing technology, platform governance, systems integration, and digital transformation; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives that improve marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, and performance measurement.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of AI applications within marketing technology environments.
- Familiarity with global privacy and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business strategy.
