Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have 6+ years of outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
Approximately 25% travel
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
Preferred: Prior Medical device or surgical sales experience
Experience in operating room environments
Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments
Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
