About the role

  • Bring a high level of energy, drive, perseverance, commitment, and professionalism to achieve new sales and maintain existing business
  • Sell innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes
  • Receive extensive hands-on training; ongoing collaboration and development from Field Sales Trainers
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, OR managers, and other healthcare workers on what is best for the patient
  • Travel approximately 20% and manage customer accounts in assigned territories (Albuquerque, NM; El Paso, TX)
  • Opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization
  • Comply with account vaccination requirements as an essential job function

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (Medical Device Preferred)
  • OR 6+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience
  • OR Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
  • Approximately 20% travel
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive an automobile
  • This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship
  • Meeting account requirements regarding vaccinations is required as an essential job function, including the COVID-19 vaccination
