About the role
- Conduct internal financial and/or system audits and risk assessments
- Execute internal audits within established business process controls
- May facilitate work of external auditors during on-site visits
- Develop formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and regulatory compliance agencies, if applicable, and make recommendations as appropriate
- Prepare audit plans and understand the specific issues to be evaluated
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or another related field or current CONMED intern with an anticipated graduation date by June 2027
- Audit knowledge and skills in finance/accounting and/or information system operations
