About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Educate potential customers on the amazing benefits of the Arryva model and how our solutions can revolutionize the real estate and property management industry
- Team up with our sales squad to develop and execute winning sales strategies
- Track your sales activities and keep meticulous records using our state-of-the-art CRM system
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of sales or business development experience (SaaS or Real Estate experience is a massive plus)
- A proven track record of crushing sales targets
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills – you're a people person who can build rapport and trust effortlessly
- Strong organizational and time management skills – you can juggle a high volume of outbound calls and appointment settings like a pro
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset – you live for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in CRM software – you'll be a data-tracking wizard
- Experience in B2B cold calling – you’re not afraid of a little rejection
- Familiarity with RPM and CCM practices – you're ready to talk the talk
- Highly motivated and target-driven – you thrive on achieving your goals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills – you close deals like a boss
- Great time management and organizational skills – you know how to prioritize
- Ability to create and deliver presentations that hit the mark
