About the role

  • Responsible for managing exchange and market data services from vendors such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, SIX, etc., supporting research, advisory, portfolio management, trading, and risk management
  • Monitor information platforms and oversee license agreements, usage rights, subscriptions, and pricing from suppliers
  • Coordinate legally binding agreements between licensors and licensees to mitigate the risk of additional charges during audits
  • Operationally manage and maintain the complete documentation inventory
  • Prepare periodic usage reports for exchanges and data providers to ensure accurate billing
  • Provide strategic advice to business units that consume market data to align data procurement optimally with trading and analysis strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Professional experience in a bank, with an asset manager, or at a fund manager
  • Knowledge of exchange and market data management (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morningstar, SIX, etc.) and familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks
  • Interest in acting as a bridge between stakeholders such as trading, procurement, and IT
  • Analytical and independent mindset with a strong team orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English and German
