About the role
- Conduct high-quality, time-efficient audits within the allocated budget
- Collaborate with audit colleagues to achieve the best possible results
- Identify risks and assess the business and control environment
- Prepare clear and meaningful audit reports
- Monitor remediation of identified weaknesses
- Coach and train line managers
- Contribute to the development of the audit function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA
- Professional experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance at banks or audit firms
- Audit experience in finance, accounting, process auditing, or analysis
- Knowledge of bank operations, processes, and investment products
- Experience with data, IT, and AI
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Analytical and responsible personality
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in German and English
