About the role

  • Support in accounts receivable, particularly in day-to-day operational activities
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including identification, valuation and posting of provisions
  • Analysis and evaluation of accounting matters under HGB and occasional IFRS topics
  • Collaboration with external auditors
  • Preparation and submission of AWV reports
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification in accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • SAP knowledge (S/4HANA) advantageous but not required
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Structured, committed and results-oriented working style
