About the role
- Independently administer the central IT infrastructure
- Primary point of contact and problem solver for hardware and software
- Support and manage software and IT systems in collaboration with an external IT service provider
- Plan and procure all IT requirements and technical office equipment
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of the myfactory ERP system is an advantage
- Enjoy providing first-level support
- Knowledge of data protection and the GDPR is an advantage
- German language skills, spoken and written
