About the role

  • Lead a team of Inbound SDRs responsible for qualifying inbound leads and converting them into productive meetings and pipeline for our sales team
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs, with a strong emphasis on attracting and retaining top talent
  • Enhance each team member's knowledge and skills related to sales, our products, and the industry, fostering their professional growth
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and structures, increasing efficiency through cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor and ensure that the team achieves its monthly and quarterly targets
  • Ensure the effective use of Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and chatbots
  • Optimize the Inbound program to enhance lead conversions and efficiency and drive initiatives that strengthen team cohesion
  • Cultivate an environment of collective achievement and fulfillment with a focus on coaching and accountability

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing sales development team in a SaaS company
  • 1-3+ years experience in a closing, quota carrying role
  • Familiarity with or previously worked at a company in the Big Data/Open Source space
  • Proven track record of managing to core KPI’s
  • Success in overachieving quotas and targets
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and chatbots
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks about authorization and visa sponsorship)
