About the role
- Provide operational support to the PS Operations Americas organization delivering a portfolio of services optimized to support the Confluent customer journey at scale.
- Partner with AMER Professional Services Sales leadership to implement the operational framework and lead key operational and governance cadences.
- Support strategy development including resourcing and capacity planning, process development, and partner scaling opportunities.
- Develop and refine standard delivery processes to ensure global consistency in execution.
- Track and report on team KPIs and success metrics.
- Support multiple PS sales leaders from pipeline creation through project delivery, including Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the AMER PS organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive execution of partner delivery efforts across a portfolio of Professional Services engagements.
- Develop productive and trusting relationships with leaders and other internal stakeholders.
- Support the CSG AMER team in other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar business systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Confluent's products and services is a plus.
