Marketing

• Manage the budget lifecycle process for the MarTech stack - including forecast planning, tool renewals, and alignment with Procurement, Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and Marketing partner teams
• Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for Martech ROI utilizing system usage to performance benchmarks and cost-to-value scoring models
• Own the creation of documentation in collaboration with lead system owners for the lead management process and enablement with stakeholders
• Develop and lead a formal governance structure for Martech procurement, intake, onboarding, deployment, and deprecation
• Partner with Insights & Analytics to define measurable success criteria, operational KPIs, and performance tracking for key Martech systems and lead workflows
• Create documentation and repeatable processes that standardize how we evaluate new tools, renew existing investments, and retire under-performing platforms
• Collaborate with product champions to identify redundancy, optimization opportunities, license efficiency improvements, and workflow consolidation
• Partner with leadership to ensure marketing systems investment decisions align with broader business strategy, platform architecture, and long-term roadmap
• Track and communicate system health, outcome contribution, ROI trends, and investment performance to stakeholders
