Collaborating with Legal, Sales, Finance and Technology teams across multiple regions

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years’ experience as a paralegal within an in‑house legal team, ideally in SaaS, software or technology services
Extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating SaaS and professional services agreements
Strong commercial judgment with the confidence to engage directly with customer legal and procurement teams
Experience supporting Sales, Deal Desk and Finance in a fast‑paced, international environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and escalate risk appropriately
High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using tools such as Salesforce and DocuSign
Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated industry
Familiarity with data privacy and information security terms in SaaS contracts
Exposure to KYC AML or due diligence processes
Experience supporting global legal teams across multiple jurisdictions
Interest in improving contract processes, templates and legal workflows
