About the role

Requirements

  • RegTech sales experience (top priority).
  • Strong background selling into alternative asset managers.
  • Strong background selling into private asset managers.
  • Strong background selling into compliance, operations & regulatory leaders (e.g., Chief Compliance Officers).
  • 5–10 years of SaaS or regulated‑industry sales (junior candidates from competitors also welcomed).
  • True “hunter” mindset — outreach, education, closing.
  • Strong discovery & qualification capabilities.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the investment ecosystem.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience selling RegTech, compliance, or fin‑tech solutions.
  • Background with competitor firms such as FundApps, Adenza, Droit, Solutions Atlantic, AQ Metrics, DFIN, Knap, Contigo.
  • Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months).
  • Ability to manage limited demo resources and independently drive evaluations.
  • Fast learner with appetite to grow product & regulatory expertise.
