About the role

  • Analyze, design, and implement processes using BPMN;
  • Participate in and collaborate on front-end and back-end development;
  • Learn technologies and concepts related to frontend, backend, and infrastructure such as React, Redux, Java, Node.js, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes;
  • Learn to design, implement, and maintain a complex software-as-a-service (SaaS) system;
  • Learn to operate and maintain a production system, perform troubleshooting, investigate, and fix bugs;
  • Collaborate with the team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our product, taking into account usability, user experience, and technical evolution.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and an open mind;
  • 2+ years of experience in front-end and/or back-end development;
  • Experience developing in one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with agile software development practices (Scrum, Lean Kanban, CI/CD, pair programming, unit testing);
  • Interest in improving your knowledge of software development and systems architecture;
  • Experience developing using a BPMN engine (e.g., Camunda).
