About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the agent orchestrator in production, including Slack integrations, scheduled jobs, and webhooks.
Evolve the codebases (Python, Node.js 20+, TypeScript, MongoDB).
Diagnose and resolve production incidents autonomously.
Provision new agents, flows, and integrations requested by teams.
Lead the active migration of legacy n8n workflows to the internal flows platform.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for AI-enabled developer tools.
Support non-technical areas in building automations and AI solutions.
Keep a close watch on the market and develop structured opinions.
Run quick proofs of concept to validate technologies.
Formally recommend build vs. buy decisions.
Establish and maintain governance for tools and data access.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong production experience with Python, Node.js, and TypeScript (backend).
Advanced use of agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor or equivalent).
Experience with MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL) and REST APIs.
Experience building or operating integrations with LLMs.
Strong debugging skills: log analysis, root-cause isolation, and production incident resolution.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), and Docker.
Proven autonomy: recognized technical reference within the ecosystem.
Genuine curiosity about AI.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
