About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map, structure, document, and optimize processes in the Implementation area, ensuring operations are simpler, scalable, and more efficient.
Gain an in-depth understanding of how the company's departments operate and identify improvement opportunities that directly impact operations and the customer experience.
Design process architectures, proposing smarter and more sustainable flows to support company growth.
Lead automation initiatives using Artificial Intelligence, Low-Code/No-Code tools, and system integrations.
Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Sales, and other teams to remove bottlenecks and make end-to-end processes more seamless.
Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, increase productivity, accelerate revenue recognition, and improve efficiency.
Create basic analyses and SQL queries to support decision-making and validate improvement opportunities.
Develop small automations and Python scripts to optimize repetitive tasks and accelerate processes.
Define metrics/KPIs, track results, and measure the impact of implemented initiatives.
Ensure processes are well documented, standardized, and ready to scale with the company's growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly analytical, curious profile with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand complex processes and transform them into simple, efficient flows.
Experience designing, structuring, and continuously improving processes.
Experience automating processes using AI tools and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of Python for creating scripts and automations.
Comfortable working across different areas of the company and building collaborative solutions.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and execution skills.
Continuous improvement mindset, ownership mentality, and a focus on driving business impact.
Distinguishing skills (nice-to-haves): Experience in Implementation, Operations, Process, Business Operations, or RevOps teams. Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar. Hands-on experience using Artificial Intelligence to boost productivity and automate processes. Knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase or Power BI. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, BPM, or Six Sigma.
