About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for onboarding new clients;
Work closely with Sales, Product and Technology teams;
Main point of contact between the client and the company;
Lead requirements-gathering meetings;
Advise clients on business rules;
Perform system parameterization and configuration;
Carry out detailed clinic configurations;
Execute configuration changes, testing and acceptance;
Validate system integrations;
Identify risks and opportunities for improvement;
Analyze metrics and propose optimizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical-functional experience and knowledge;
Prior experience in the healthcare market;
Minimum of 1 year of experience with system implementation and configuration;
Solid knowledge of Supplementary Health processes;
Proficiency with TISS and TUSS standards;
Experience with integrations between systems via Web Services;
Analytical and consultative profile;
Ability to discuss technical topics with clients;
Clear, objective and assertive communication;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Organization, autonomy and a sense of strategic prioritization.
